      Welcome to my final music video for the song The Nights by Avicii . I am so proud of my music video and believe it fits the mood and vibe I hoped to reach. I had to make a lot of changes in order to meet my dead line, my commercial came out reaching my standards. I had an amazing time filming these shots and mainly focused on capturing the fun aspect in stead of revolving around a character. This music video allowed me to capture fun and life changing times with me and my friends. Things I had to overcome was how to film and not make it awkward in public. One thing I would change was to have a partner and base the story around us. As stated in previous blogs I prefer to be behind the camera instead of in front. I enjoyed filming seeing my friends have fun. I believe this music video pushed me out of my comfort zone and forced me to enjoy life. Overall had a fun experience filming and an epic time with my friends. 

   I had to make a lot of changes to my music video. To begin with, my intro included photos hanging on the wall. However due to the the holidays coming up to print photos it would take a whole week to get them. Therefor, running into my time schedule. My back up plan is to line up objects that represent those fun times and film my grabbing my skates.  I also want to include a portion of papers with F's on them. To represent the hardships in life and that sometimes you have to chase after what you are passion about to find happiness.I feel like this really represents my school year so far. Post online school and back in person has been difficult for me. I ended up building performance anxiety and not as motivated in school. This has effected my grades and social life. Filming this music video has really helped me remember what makes me happy in life. The music festival was my first time seeing live music and majority of my favorite artists.        I go ice skating every weekend and when ever I can. I ended up going back to the rink to collect a few more shots as back up plan because I had to change some things up. I re-filmed the get ready to go rink and dragged it out longer. Plus added more clips in the car of singing along to song and the scenery. I made to collect many shot so that I could quick flashes in between scenes and really capture the idea that the main character is living their life. The whole background of the music video is to live life to the fullest and chase after thing that make you happy. The things in this video that make me happy is ice skating, music, and my friends. I really try to represent those elements into my music video and make it and overall vibe. I want to make something that would Mae the viewer happy and put a smile on their face.      Its Festival time, Im so excited to see some of my favorite artists. This past weekend was the highly famous music festival. I went to the festival with my close friend Taylor Lamont. I got to see my favorite artists such as Hardy, Luke Bryan, Pitbull and many other artists. The music festival is used to raise money for ocean conservation and awareness research. Day One was very exciting and I made sure to try and get shots while the crowd was still building and majority of the festival was empty. I got a mix of low angle shots, high angle shots, POV shots, and more. The music festival adds to my music video because of the fun activities and personalities seen during the festival. My friend Taylor and I decided to sleepover at my house and wake up early in order be there for opening the gates.         Ice skating is one of the things that I love to do outside of school. I have a friend group at rink and we like to mess around by racing, playing rink soccer and relaxing. My first shot I got was located at home and consisted it of me grabbing my skates off of my dresser. The camera angle was a close up then cut to the scene of driving to the ice rink. It consisted of a actor held camera and quick shots of the car stereo.  I had to come up with new scene ideas to fill in my blank spots in-between the festival shots and ice rink shots.  Once I arrived at the rink, I met up with my friends Billy and Philip. I had time to kill because the public skate session started at 8:30pm and we were 30 minutes early. I ended helping my friend put new laces on his hockey skates and watching the hockey game going on the main ice.
