   I had to make a lot of changes to my music video. To begin with, my intro included photos hanging on the wall. However due to the the holidays coming up to print photos it would take a whole week to get them. Therefor, running into my time schedule. My back up plan is to line up objects that represent those fun times and film my grabbing my skates.  I also want to include a portion of papers with F's on them. To represent the hardships in life and that sometimes you have to chase after what you are passion about to find happiness.I feel like this really represents my school year so far. Post online school and back in person has been difficult for me. I ended up building performance anxiety and not as motivated in school. This has effected my grades and social life. Filming this music video has really helped me remember what makes me happy in life. The music festival was my first time seeing live music and majority of my favorite artists. It also allowed me to connect with friends and meet new people. The ice rink has some of my best memories and allows me to meet new people. My current friend group hangs out at the ice rink. Im really excited for my music video.It allows me to show off my creative skills. On the other hand, allows me to make something I'm passionate about and for. I hope you enjoy my music video.

Change of Plans

As the title states, there has been a change of plans in terms of the product of my final task.  I will have to cut the total amount of script to a minimum.  I have changed my aspect of what I want to create and I am leaning more towards a euphoria aspect. In euphoria contains flashbacks with a monotone voiceover. Title Design Research: Thriller 30 days of Night

  1.      How many titles are displayed during the opening sequences to the film? Which ones? Ni- Nine Titles were displayed in the opening sequence of 30 days of Night. Stated in the article on watch the titles," The audience is confronted with a sequence of highly disquieting images that cross-dissolve or fade to black. Details of torn and tainted photographs, northern lights, shadows, a bloody tooth embedded in a thick layer of ice and references to the Alaskan wintercape. Brian Reitzell‘s haunting score greatly enhances the discomforting atmosphere." The titles in this opening sequence are simple in all white, however in all capitial letters to state the importantance. Commercial Group Blog

                  I have come to the decision to create my commercial alone. On short assignments such as the commercial, I prefer to work alone. I have found when you have a group on individuals on an assignment like this one, there is too many ideas and voices to be represented. Another reason I choose to work alone is so I am accountable for my own work. This eliminates the stress of having to make sure everyone submits and does their part of the assignment. I feel when I work alone, I'm the one to have the control over the assignment and can raise the standards. My exceptions for projects is set really high and working with people that don't match my work ethic and standards adds more work for me then what's needed. My personality matches with working alone.
